We have new and used fitness equipment in our online exercise equipment store for residential and commercial customers. We have a unique selection of health and wellness products and tools that are great for at home wellness, corporate wellness, personal trainers, athletes, and those generally interested in active wellness.

Our online store has all of the tools you need to take better care of yourself. We have new and used gym equipment, air purification for home or business, water filtration systems, sleep. systems and much more. We strive to provide fitness products that cover a Whole Wellness type of lifestyle.
Stride Fitness Solutions wants to make sure your products arrive safely and quickly. Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days and are delivered in an additional 10 to 21 business days. Due to the size of treadmills, treadmill desks, and other large items, specific methods of transportation are used to ensure that your product arrives in good condition. Expedited shipping options are not available.
We currently do not offer free shipping to some locations including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada. If you would like to order from these locations please contact our sales department.
All orders excluding accessories will have to have a delivery appointment scheduled with the carrier in order to be delivered. For delivery appointment scheduling, depending on the carrier, you will either be contacted a few days prior to delivery to schedule a delivery window or you can call the carrier to schedule an appointment once your order arrives at the destination terminal in your City. Delivery is performed Monday through Friday. If you receive a damaged item, it is up to your discretion whether to refuse delivery or to accept it. Please note any damage on the bill of lading.
Cancelled orders will receive a full refund if they are canceled before the order ships. For cancellation requests after an order has shipped, whether the order has been received by the customer or not, a return authorization will need to be issued. All terms and conditions for our return policy will apply, including the customer being responsible for a $250-$350 shipping cost back to LifeSpan.
If for any reason an order is refused by you, the customer, you will be charged the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost back to Stride Fitness Solutions plus a 20% restocking fee.
You must contact Stride Fitness Solutions in writing within 30 days of receiving delivery of your purchased item.
All returns must be returned in new, working conditions to receive a refund, and items must be returned in original packaging.
If the order you wish to return consists of free product(s) from the promotion, you are responsible to ship them back as well. Otherwise Stride Fitness Solutions has the right to deduct the price out of your RMA refund.
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges of $250-$350 back to Stride Fitness Solutions.
Returning your product may incur additional charges for ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use, incorrect assembly, or accidents. Upon examination, if your return is missing parts when it is received, you may be charged an extra restocking fee. Any upgraded services performed such as White Glove Delivery and Room of Choice, if applicable, will not be refunded. Stride Fitness Solutions reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned product and either grant or deny a refund. Stride Fitness Solutions will credit your purchase using the original form of payment or by check within 10 business days upon receipt of the returned item. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from Stride Fitness Solutions.
Before making a purchase, we want to assure you that it fits really well in your home, so we have placed all dimensions and specifications on our product pages.
To avoid shipping and handling charges when you want to return an item, please double check your space and your stair/passageway as well to make sure your machine can be safely delivered and fit your home.
Being a small business, we try to retain benefits and value to our customers so they are not overpaying for what they are getting. With the increase in logistic costs, we must enforce these charges when a product is returned due to not fitting in your home.
Please note, when a perfectly good product is returned, we are unable to resell that product and are out thousands of dollars.
We understand things happen, but before making that big purchase and commitment, please double check your space. When you commit, we are committed to providing you the best equipment on the market.
If you choose to return a product after finding out it doesn’t fit in your home please note that you will be charged 20% of the product cost and all freight charges.
Freight costs are calculated depending on where you live and will range anywhere from $600 to $1,000.
We are sorry for any inconvenience that this might cause and appreciate your cooperation to help us bring more fitness products to enrich people’s wellness.
To return an accessory, you must contact Stride Fitness Solutions at adam@stridefitnesssolutions.com within 30 days of receiving your purchased item and have the original shipment packaging.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once Stride Fitness Solutions issues you a return authorization number (RMA#) please write this on the outside of the packaging and provide the return tracking number to us.
Stride Fitness Solutions will credit your purchase once we receive the returned merchandise back to our warehouse. From that date please allow at least 10 business days to see that refund back into your account that was used at the time of purchase.
